Dale Ryder has worked as a healer, spiritual teacher and therapist for more than 30 years. She studied social work and facilitates family workshop that brings generational shifts to all the members. Dale utilizes a needs based approach to divine alignment, bringing the person back "home" to the strengths of who they are. She studied in Sedona, Arizona with a shamanic teacher, Anahata Ananda, bringing a journey experience to her reiki sessions. Her clients feel blessed and share their gratitude to be in the presence of someone who allows them to feel held, while they connect to higher aspects of self.

To overcome limiting beliefs and behaviors that sabotage their wellness. To decrease a sense of separateness in all of the human family. To offer workshops, healing sessions and individual work to sustain unity through unmet needs. To provide definition and strength based guidance as a conduit to the underlying spiritual nature of the individual and families.
About Reiki
Reiki Master and Healer
Reiki is an energy based healing modality which utilizes the life force energy to assist the body in gaining balance, peace and calm. It assists with pain, emotional blockages, anxiety and many other misalignments in the energy field. REI, is God's wisdom or Higher Power, and KI is life force energy. So Reiki is actually spiritually guided life force energy. A session leaves the person feeling in harmony with mind, body and soul.

About Me
I currently provide services at The New Beginnings Center serving those dealing with, chronic pain, addiction, mental health and trauma. My specialties include family program and workshops, spirituality, equine program, and experiential workshops. I also provide Reiki session that include journey work assisting in a holistic approach to trauma release. I am passionate about the work I do and living in a supportive environment that feeds my spiritual, emotional and personal needs. The recovery field has given me this incredible opportunity to assist others and gain insight into my own personal growth and assist families in generational healing.
I am writing the next chapter of my life by assisting others in reclaiming authentic self through connecting with spiritual practices and accepting the vision of this path to wholeness . I am currently in the process of publishing my spiritual journey as a memoir, Surviving Irene with a companion journal to support this work for others on a bigger scale. Traditional treatment seems to approach wellness in a way that promotes individual responsibility which is very important. These workshops and individual sessions take a deeper approach and assist participants in creating connection, community and personal power. Spirituality, family work and relationships are at the core of peoples’ struggles. If I can assist in the healing of any of these concerns I feel I am fulfilling my purpose.
